is the parent company of Sealaska Timber Corporation. They are both
formed as a result of the passing of ANCSA. However, Sealaska Timber
was formed by Sealaska Corporation to manage, develop, and market timber
products derived from the natural resource assets conveyed to Sealaska as a
result of the Act. |

STC offers two types
of Products: the first, in the form of product, is round logs; the second,
